Adventures on Public Lands: Wild and Wonderful Arizona

When the Public Lands Omnibus of 2009 was signed into law, some favorite places in Arizona got new protections. Fossil Creek was designated a Wild and Scenic River-- Arizona's second.

The Mazatzal Wilderness got some additional land.

The Arizona National Scenic Trail, long a dream of dedicated volunteers, has received national status. This trail passes through some of the wildest and most beautiful public lands of the state, from the Grand Canyon to the saguaro forests.

Free: "Join Us" 2002 Winter Games Pins

These pins were originally produced to commemorate the Forest Service's support of the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Games. We recently came upon a small quantity of the pins which we now offer as a momento of those snow-filled days in Utah when the United States took home a total of 34 medals. The pins are free but regular shipping charges apply. Because of the small quantity, there is a limit of 5 pins per customer.
