Description: 2600-foot elevation. 12 campsites on the South Fork McKenzie River, in a grove of Douglas fir and vine maple. A trailhead just east of the campground accesses an extensive trail system in the Three Sisters Wilderness. Fishing in the McKenzie River is open for trout and steelhead April 22 - October 31, with catch and release only for trout.

Location: From Eugene, go 46 miles east on OR 126, then 23 miles south on Forest Road 19 (Aufderheide Scenic Byway).
