Description: Elevation 6,900 feet. 5 single sites and one group area which can accomodate up to 50 campers. The campground is surrounded by birch, cottonwood, and Russian olive trees at the mouth of a canyon along a creek. Trails for mountain bikes and motorcycles. Stream fishing for rainbow and native brown trout.
Location: From Austin, go west a mile or so then drive south on Big Creek Road (FR 002) 12 miles.
