Description: 3200-foot elevation. 25 campsites on Timothy Lake, including 8 double sites, which accomodate up to 12 people. and 4 triple sites, which can hold between 25-30 people. Fishing and boating in the lake; there is a large parking area on the lakeshore for boaters. 10 mph speed limit for motorized boats. A hiking trail circles the lake, and the Pacific Crest National Scenic Trail passes east of the lake, heading north to Little Crater Lake Geological Area or south to Clackamas Lake.
Location: From Sandy, go 66.5 miles east on US 26, 9 miles south on Skyline Road (Forest Road 42), about 3 miles west on FR 57.
