Description: 2400-foot elevation. 15 campsites between the South Fork and the North Fork of the Umatilla River. Fishing for trout is catch and release only- see regulations for additional restrictions. Hiking in the North Fork Umatilla Wilderness from early spring to late fall. Four nearby trailheads access different areas of the wilderness.
Location: From Athena, go about 6 miles southwest on OR 11, 11 miles southeast on Spring Road, and 15 miles east on River Road (County Road 900/ Forest Road 32).
