Description: 4120-foot elevation. 7 campsites, including 3 tent-only sites. Motor boating, canoeing, and fishing in Phillips Lake. Use is low except in hunting season. Hunting for pheasant, deer, and elk A boat ramp is at the end of Forest Road 2220, at Southwest Shore campground. A hiking trail circles the lake.
Location: From Baker City, go 22 miles southwest on OR 7, 2 miles south on County Road 667 and 3 miles east on Forest Road 2220.
