Description: 8600 foot elevation. 27 single campsites, 5 double sites for up to 15 campers, and two group areas, which can accomodate up to 50 campers each, in a forest. A trail leads south around 4 miles from the campground, looping back west to Pleasant Creek, the Wildcat Ranger Station, and the Great Western Trail. The hike to Singletree Falls is a little over a mile, round trip. About two miles south of the campground on UT-12 is the Larb Overlook, from which you can view the Waterpocket Fold, Lower Bowns Reservoir, and Capitol Reef National Park. Fall colors are exceptionally beautiful here.
