Description: 7300-foot elevation. 6 campsites on the Gros Ventre River above Slide Lake. A nearby overflow campground can accomodate up to 35 people, either as 4 campsites or as a small group area. The rock formations that form the river canyon are spectacularly colored.
Location: From Kelly, go 2 miles north on Forest Route 30350, then 10.5 miles east on FR 30400.
