Description: This Area of Critical Environmental Concern (ACEC)contains 3811 acres of primitive sandstone canyon backcountry offering terrific fishing, dispersed camping, hiking and much wildlife and bird watching. The partially restored Simon Ruin, a single room Navajo Pueblito built on top of a 20 foot tall boulder, overlooks the area. For more information, click here.
