Description: 6366-foot elevation. 30 campsites and a group picnic area which can accomodate up to 150 people. Fishing in the Big Wood River. Self-guided nature trail. Firewood is sold on site. Trails in Northfork Canyon lead to the Amber Lakes and over the Boulder Mountains. Ampitheater is available for group events or for ranger programs. Campground setting is heavily forested and divided by the Big Wood River.

Location: From Ketchum, go north 10 miles on ID 75 past the Sawtooth National Recreation Area Headquarters. Second campground on the south side of the highway.
