Description: 1640-foot elevation. 5 campsites on the Lochsa River. Fishing in the river for trout, chinook salmon, and steelhead. Whitewater rafting in the spring. This section of the Lochsa is part of the Clearwater Wild and Scenic River System. Hiking on the Major Fenn nature trail (National Recreation Trail) or on either trail heading north from Major Fenn picnic area (picnic area closed).
