Description: 6300` elevation. 7 camp sites in a scenic and historic canyon. Sites are located in an old CCC site along Chevelon creek. The Apache is noted for its trout streams and high-elevation lakes and meadows. Wildlife viewing and hunting for Antelope, Black Bear, Turkey, Mule Deer and Trophy Elk. Scenic driving on the White Mtn and Coronado Trail Byways, and the dramatic Mogollon Rim. Hiking access to Blue Range Wilderness and Blue Ridge Recreation Trail.
Location: Located 18 miles NW of Heber on AZ 260 and Forest Route 504.
