Description: 10100 feet. 10 walk-in tent campsites are in the John Muir Wilderness. This special one nighr only campground is designed for backpackers on the night before embarking on their backpacking trip on Little Lakes Valley Trail. Water is only available from creeks, lakes, or springs and requires treatment before drinking.

Location: From US 395 at Toms Place, go south 10 miles on Rock Creek Road. Park at Mosquito Flat and hike in a short distance to campground on Little Lakes Valley Trail.
