Description: 8340-foot elevation. Undeveloped campground high up in the Gravelly Range. FR 290 travels the ridge of the mountains, and there are several trailheads and back roads originating from this route.

Location: From Ennis, go 1.5 miles southwest on US 287, 10 miles south on Varney Road, 12 miles southwest on Forest Road 292, and 8 miles south on Gravelly Range Road.
