Description: 7340-foot elevation. 30 campsites on the West Fork of Rock Creek, near Wild Bill Lake. Accessible day use area at Wild Bill Lake. Hiking on Basin National Recreation Trail (about 12 miles round trip to Upper Basin Lake or 5 miles to Lower Basin Lake) or Wild Bill National Recreation Trail (less than 1 mile one way). Mountain biking on Silver Run Trail or Ingles Creek Trail. Fishing in the creek or Wild Bill Lake for rainbow & brown trout; also wheelchair-accessible fishing at Wild Bill Lake. In the winter, the campground is closed, and this area becomes the Silver Run Cross-Country Ski Area, with groomed trails in four loops of 4, 7, 11, and 15 kilometers.

Location: From Red Lodge, go about 2 miles south on US 212 (Beartooth Scenic Byway), then about 7 miles west on West Fork Rock Creek Road (Forest Road 71).
