Description: 6700-foot elevation. 10 camp sites on 300-acre Hyalite Reservoir, a wonderful canoe lake. Fishing for arctic grayling and cutthroat trout. No wake lake; hand launch boats. Hike around the edge of the lake, to Blackmore lake, and all the way up Mount Blackmore, if you wish. Great mountain biking area on the other side of Hood Creek campground.
Location: From Bozeman, go 18 miles south on South 19th Avenue and Hyalite Canyon Road (MT-345 and Forest Road 62).
