Description: 7600-foot elevation. 9 camping sites near Fairy Lake, in the Bridger Mountains. Fishing in the lake (mo motor boats), watch moose early in the morning, or scale the short but steep hiking trail up Sacajawea Peak (9666 feet) to get a panoramic view of Bozeman, the surrounding grasslands, and the distant mountains. Watch for wildlife.

Location: From Bozeman, take MT-86 (Rouse Avenue) north 22.5 miles, then 5 miles west on Fairy Lake Road (steep, gravel). High clearance vehicles recommended.   Latitude: 45.90599   Longitude: -110.96147
