Description: 56750-foot elevation. 6 campsites in the Chinook campground and 5 sites in the horse camp section are on Secesh River. Horse sites include hitch rails, loading ramp, and a corral. Fly fishing and exploring the area are two of the draws here as well as hiking, motorized trail bikes, and horse riding. Trails lead south from the campground, down canyons cut by the Secesh River and Victor Creek. Non-motorized trails lead up into the Loon Mountains. Stock loading ramp, hitching racks, and a corral are available for equestrians in the horse camp, as well as accessible restrooms. The ghost town of Warren is down the road. Kayaking in the Secesh River. Enjoy scenic driving, picnicing, and wildlife viewing.
