Description: Elevation 7600 feet. 27 campsites situated next to Mt. Timpanogos Wilderness are shaded by aspen and fir trees. Trailhead for hiking through Mt. Timpanogos Wilderness is across the road. Scenic driving, picnicing, and wildlife viewing are popular.
In the winter, there is downhill skiing and groomed cross-country ski trails at the adjacent Sundance Resort, and backcountry skiing in the forest. Local attractions include wildlife viewing and hiking at Cascade Springs, Canoeing and fishing at area reservoirs, and hiking at Timpanogos Cave NM.
Location: From I-15 take Exit 275 (UT 52 or 800 North in Orem) Go east 3.5 miles to the mouth of Provo Canyon and UT 189. Turn left on UT 189 and go 7 miles east, then south 6.5 miles on UT 92. UT-92 has a 30ft vehicle length restriction. Latitude: 40.40611 Longitude: -111.60361
